LOUISVILLE-The Empire Lounge and Restaurant is set to open in downtown Louisville in mid-December, taking over the Pasquini's space and its iconic retro neon sign.
According to Louisville Economic Development Consultant Becky Hogan, the city will offer Empire, located at 816 Main St., a 40 percent sales tax rebate during its first three years in operation. "It's part of our dedication to keeping downtown vital," she said.
