Reason for starting business: I've always been interested in technology. It was something I was responsible for at Parker and Lynch. A friend mentioned that testing might be a good business to be in.
Hardest part of the decision: Finding people that I could ask about the potential of the company. It was hard getting good information about what software testing is.
Biggest plus of ownership: I've enjoyed providing an environment for people who are self-starters where they can do the be best that they can.
