Media Initiatives Group (MIG), parent of UK online sales house Etype, has bought US-based digital sales network Dedicated Marketing Solutions (DMS).
The pound 9.7m cash buyout will see Etype expand its reach across the US, which already includes a New York office. This office, opened 18 months ago, currently handles the US ad sales for Hello! magazine, The Times and The Sun.
