Following continued success with the industry's only Fourth Class service, Taiwan's EVA Air will begin service this month with a largely expanded Evergreen Deluxe Class, a class with the amenities of business class at prices closer to economy.
EVA's newly configured 747-400 has expanded the Evergreen Deluxe, available only on trans-Pacific flights, from 142 to 168 seats. Some of the amenities include seat-back video screens, night kits, foot rests and a seat pitch of 38 inches compared to 34 in Economy class. A recent fare for...
