Randolph T. Abrahams
Randy Abrahams serves as the president and CEO of RedRidge Finance Group, defining the strategic direction for the company while directing the overall day-to-day operations. Abrahams has nearly 30 years of lending experience. He began his career at National Acceptance Corporation, a subsidiary of Walter E. Heller and Company, a nationally recognized commercial finance company. He later joined Fremont Financial where he spent over ten years. After leaving as national marketing manager at Fremont, he joined LaSaIIe National Bank/ABN-AMRO in Chicago. In 1997, Abrahams joined Finova Capital Corporation's newly formed Healthcare Finance Group. He was later promoted to group head and managed the S1.2 billion healthcare portfolio. The group was later purchased by Berkadia, LLC, a joint venture between Berkshire Hathaway and Leucadia National Corporation. Abrahams continued to successfully manage the division on their behalf.
Most recently, Abrahams founded and served as president/CEO of Bridge Finance Group, an independent commercial finance company. In just under five years, Bridge became a respected and influential member of the finance community, with hundreds of millions in funds managed and partner relationships serving a multitude of specialized industries.
Abrahams has served the Commercial Finance Association in various officer positions in the Midwest and nationally on the Education Committee. He currently serves as a director of the CFA.
Additionally, he has presented at national healthcare conferences; panels, banks and bondholder meetings; and equity investors gatherings throughout his career. Abrahams currently sits on the board of directors at Children's Memorial Hospital Foundation in Chicago, Independent Graphic Services, Inc., and Ecolite USA, Inc.
Lawrence D. Allen
Larry Allen is senior vice president of Commercial Lending for First Alliance Bank in Memphis, TN. Prior to joining First Alliance, he was president and founder of M&F Business Credit, Inc. Larry has 35 years of experience in asset-based and commercial lending. He started in the asset-based industry with Commercial Credit and has worked with a variety of lenders, including finance companies and large regional and national banks. He has served in all aspects of lending, including credit, marketing and loan workouts.
