Banking
Fulton Bank; in Mount Laurel, has announced two promotions:
* Thomas Harrity has been promoted to senior lender and executive vice president, overseeing the state of New Jersey. He previously was an executive vice president and senior lender at Skylands Community Bank. He holds a B. A. in finance from Rutgers University and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Bank Management.
* Angela Miraglia has been promoted to retail leader and senior vice president of the bank's southern New Jersey region. She has been in the banking industry for more than 15 years.
Barbara Muccia has been appointed vice president/human resources director at Sussex Bank, in Franklin. She previously was director of human resources at Qualityllealth. She holds a B. S. from Ramapo College.

AtlantiCare, based in Egg Harbor Township, has announced five personnel moves:
* Dr. Frank A. Briglia has joined the AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center as medical director of the Pediatric Hospitalist Program for Nemours Pediatric Partners. He joined the Nemours/Alfred I. DuPont Hospital for Children in 2009. He holds an M. D. from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey's Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, and a Master of Public Health degree in epidemiology and bio statistics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
