BUSINESS PHILOSOPHY
Essential business philosophy: Listen to your customers and your teammates. The first thing I discovered about California is the tremendous sense of urgency everyone feels. Recruit and retain the best people you can.
Best way to keep competitive edge: Have a strong degree of courage when decisions need to be made and action taken. Make decisions as close to the customer as possible.
