What is your own personal strategy for continuous learning?
I try to ensure that I book at least a week of training and development events in a year, linked to my key objectives and interests. I set my development plan at the start of the year, as this is a good opportunity to select training programmes for the year ahead. Looking at development catalogues and programmes can help here.
Most importantly, when attending conferences, seminars or short qualification programmes, I always think about where and how I can apply this learning, particularly on projects...
