One might have expected the 8 November 2012 Multi District Litigation (MDL)-2179 Oil Spill by the Oil Rig "Deepwater Horizon" fairness hearing on the proposed Economic and Property Damages Settlement Agreement and the proposed Medical Benefits Class Action Settlement Agreement to be a mere formality.
