The Netopia was easy to set up, performed well in tests and was accompanied by a strong supporting channel program.
Netopia includes drivers and applications for both Windows and Macintosh, is flexible in its protocol support, and is accompanied by superior software and services, making it a fine choice for ISDN resellers.
An honorable mention was given to Diamond Multimedia for its Supra NetCommander ISDN Modem, a product that was impressive for its easy installation and powerful utility software.
Unlike other vendors in this review, Farallon limits the sale of its product to master distributors and scorns direct sales to end users.
