ESRI
Redlands, Calif.-based ESRI Business Information Solutions (ESRI BIS), a division of ESRI, announced the release of its 2004/2009 annual updates and projections of demographic data. The new data includes forecasts of population and income distributions, household income by age of householder, and percapita income. Updates of household income also are extended to provide after-tax (disposable) income and net worth, a measure of household wealth. Forecasts include occupancy, tenure and home value.
