Federal-Mogul has completed its sale of the Glacier Vandervell Bearings Group and the AE Clevite North American non-bearing aftermarket to Dana Corporation, although distribution facilities and most staff will remain with Federal-Mogul.
According to Federal-Mogul, the six former AE Clevite Engine Parts of Canada warehouses -- Moncton, Montreal, Mississauga, Winnipeg, Edmonton and Vancouver -- will remain under the ownership of Federal-Mogul Canada. As well, all warehouse operational staff and the sales force now work directly for Federal-Mogul Canada.
In the sale to Dana, Federal-Mogul retained the McCord gasket products business and will continue to operate that business somewhat separately from its previously existing engine...
