FedEx Trade Networks has signed a lease to occupy 50,255 square feet at 3800 Forest Hill Irene in an office building owned by Loeb Properties.
The FedEx international customs arm signed a seven-year lease on the building that had previously been occupied by SCB Computer Technology, Inc., an information technology professional services firm.
SCB's acquisition by Greenwood Village, Colo.based Ciber, Inc.. closed on March 1. Many of SCB's work groups had been assimilated into the Colorado operation, but SCB had maintained an ongoing presence of about 10 people in the facility
Wyatt Aiken, senior vice president with Commercial Advisors, represented FedEx Trade Networks. Frank Dyer III, senior vice president with Loeb Properties, represented the landlord.
The Trade Networks air express division is moving into the Forest Hill Irene building from its facility at Shelby Drive and Lamar. The group was occupying about 90,000 square feet of space there, including about 30,000 square feet of records storage.
