As the world's largest cone crusher, the new Raptor XL1100 cone, from FLSmidth Excel LLC, can draw up to 895 kW (1,200 hp), delivering production capabilities of up to 2 kt/h (2,240 stph) at a 35-mm (1.13-in.) closed-side setting. This is ideal for high-tonnage mining operations, the unit handles feed size up to 620 mm (24 in.) and allows a reduction ratio of up to 6:4.
