Some celebrities are more popular than others, but by how much? Q Scores are the industry standard for measuring familiarity and appeal of stars, television programs and company and brand names. In the semi-annual Q Score list, Tom Hanks and Whoopi Goldberg topped the "likability" measurement for 2003's second half -- two celebs not necessarily known for their fashion sense.

1. Whoopi Goldberg: 36
Goldberg, who was honored in 2001 with a star on Hollywood's Walk of Fame, carries the distinction of appearing three times on the worst-dressed list of famed fashion designer and gossip columnist Mr. Blackwell.
2. Julia Roberts: 35
Before becoming a Hollywood megastar with such hits as "Pretty Woman," "Erin Brockovich" and "Ocean's Eleven," Roberts made a living scooping ice cream at Baskin Robbins and selling shoes.
3. Goldie Hawn: 31
Hawn, who has glittered on the red carpet for decades, has made many fashion statements over the years. She and her daughter, Kate Hudson, share an affinity for Vera Wang designs.
4. (Tie) Meg Ryan: 28
Ryan, a staple of many a Hollywood romantic comedy, is among the stars who caught Ugg fever in 2003: The actress has been spotted in several magazines sporting the ubiquitous fur-lined boots.
