Two former executives from the national staffing company Olsten Corp. have branched off on their own to start a Milwaukee-based human capital management firm called Spano Pratt.
Jamie Pratt, who was vice president of Olsten's Milwaukee operations, and Rosemary Spano lannelli, a former regional manager, will base their new business in a remodeled office at 625 N. Broadway.
Instead of specializing in temporary staffing, as they had done at Olsten, Spano Pratt will focus on recruiting permanent employees, hiring and developing retention programs to reduce employee turnover, lannelli said.
