Horst Schulze, the former president of Ritz-Carlton Hotel Co., and his West Paces Hotel Group have been hit with a lawsuit alleging that he backed out of buying a London hotel, costing two groups more than £ 10 million (US$ 17.9 million) in sales commissions.
