This year's Business Forum and Forensic Accounting conferences offer members some great opportunities to build knowledge.
The Chartered Accountants Business Forum is the Institute's most popular event because it has the widest range of topics, well-known speakers, social opportunity and is an efficient way to earn qualifying hours.
In designing Business Forum 2008 the plan was to make it even bigger and better than ever. Rigorous research was undertaken with past attendees and members to ensure this is the annual conference by accountants for accountants. Feedback demonstrated a high demand for an even broader range of topics. As a result the greater number of topics means Business Forum 2008 now offers more value.
Our research has shown that many attendees wanted more intensive and shorter sessions, particularly for updates and factual topics. The new program for 2008 features sessions running for 60 minutes rather than 90 minutes. Speakers will still cover all learning outcomes, but in an even more efficient way. This means that you get all the information you need in less time leaving you free to attend an additional topic or just relax...
