With no bibliography, no diagrams and no detailed examples from real life, this is certainly not the average management text book. It is really a personnel or human resource management `how to' book. The author is president of a consulting company, and it is a great shame that he has not included more practical illustrations from his "thirty years experience in operations and human resource management".
