Abstract

In the Douglasville Hospitality Inc. v. Riley case, the Georgia Tax Tribunal has upheld the imposition of sales tax, penalties, and interest against a business successor. The successor had purchased a hotel from a seller who owed the delinquent taxes, penalties, and interest.
