LOUISVILLE, KY. Freight-matching service provider Getloaded.com launched iGetloaded, an Apple iPhone and iPod touch-screen application, here at the Mid-America Trucking Show today. The company said iGetloaded "allows members to move billions of tons of freight from the convenience of a touch-screen mobile handheld device, minimizing the need to be tethered to a desktop computer."
The firm said industry analysts found that more than 60% of handsets shipped in 2009 were equipped with mobile browsing technology and expect this to grow to 80% by 2013. Getloaded.com specifically found that...
