The owner of a Glens Falls insurance agency has accused a rival firm of "plundering" his business.

Robert Lavery, who does business as Best Insurance of Glens Falls, filed suit last month against Hughes insurance Agency Inc. of Queensbury, company principals Linda and Mark Abodeely, and Ryan Johnson, a former Best employee who now works for Hughes. Lavery is seeking unspecified financial darnages and an injunction barring Hughes from soliciting Best's customers.
