Robert C. Goddard III, the CEO who transformed Brannen Goddard from an industrial brokerage into one of Atlanta's top full-service real estate firms, is selling his company.
In a buyout personally financed by Goddard, the senior management team, including senior brokers and department heads, will take control and ownership of NAI/Brannen Goddard Co. Officials would not disclose financial details.

NAI/Brannen Goddard's new team of 21 managing owners will include the company's founder, Mitchell V. Brannen; D. Michael Chambers; Jim A- Devaney; Thomas G. Gilligan; R. Kevin Phipps and Stephen A- Proctor.
