GP Cellulose to raise fluff pulp capacity

GP Cellulose, now a wholly owned subsidiary of Koch Industries, is moving ahead with a substantial investment in its pulp division that will raise production capacity at the Brunswick, Ga., fluff pulp mill to an estimated 953,000 mtpy, 27% above its current listed capacity of 749,000 mtpy, Pulp & Paper Week reported.
