Call it a one-off deal.
Barely a year after buying Cumberland Office Park, Dallas-based Granite Properties Inc. and its minority partner Pope & Land Enterprises Inc., have sold off one of its office buildings.
The groups sold 2500 Cumberland Parkway at Cumberland Office Park, a 142,900-square-foot office building, for $20.15 million, or about $141 per square foot according to Atlanta real estate tracking firm Databank Inc. The buyer was Boston-based Carlisle Realty Hold ings, a private real estate investment firm headed by Richard Fownes, according to Databank. Hugh Pafford and Hank Hall with Colliers Cauble & Co. in Atlanta brokered the sale.
