Bob Taylor and a group of Wichita businessmen have purchased Executive Aircraft Corp.'s fractional ownership program, Executive AirShare.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Taylor, who is the former president and CEO of EAC and remains a director and shareholder of the company, will serve as president of AirShare He also is its majority shareholder.
Joining Taylor in the ownership of AirShare are Gary Younger, president of Younger Energy Co. and coowner of Midwest Corporate Aviation; Paul Stephenson, a former Bank IV executive and consultant to AirShare for the past year; oilman David Murfin; and Steve Dunne, president of Midwest Corporate Aviation Aircraft Sales LLC and co-owner of MCA.
