The Greater Toronto Home Builders' Association (GTHBA) has teamed up with Workopolis to recruit more skilled workers for the residential construction sector in the Toronto area.
Under the partnership, Workopolis -- the country's leading online job search site -- will host and manage a new employment section of the GTHBA Web site at www.newhomes.org
Job postings for skilled trades will be listed on the GTHBA site and will also reach a large number of construction job seekers on workopolis.com
In addition, GTHBA members will benefit from the latest tools and services provided by Workopolis.
GTHBA president Joe Valela said recruitment of skilled workers is a significant and growing challenge facing the residential construction industry.
