Emerald Expositions launches successful Northeast trade show in Atlantic City
It's been more than a decade since a pizza show has been held on the East Coast, but the folks at Pizza Today and International Pizza Expo launched their first tradeshow that brought together the pizza and Italian restaurant industries in October. The Pizza and Pasta Northeast Show took over the Atlantic City convention center for two intense days with industry speakers and vendors offering everything from POS systems and hot wings to cannoli and pastas.
