H&M, Forever 21 Going Large in Miami Beach
MIAMI
Big is back on Miami Beach.
In 2012, H&M will bow in 22,000 square feet of the Lincoln Theatre, New World Symphony's former Art Deco digs before relocating to Frank Gehry's splashy campus. The multilevel store's design keeps the original cinema's bones, according to Lyle Stern, president of Koniver Stern Group, a retail real estate development and brokerage firm in Miami Beach. His company partnered with locally based Savitar Realty Advisors to purchase the property for its key corner location and two high-density parking garages.
