Austin-based handtech.com, a computer products reseller founded by two ex-Dell Computer Corp. executives, is shaking its finger at a $400 million Paris company in a recent lawsuit filed in Travis County District Court
Handtech filed the suit late last month after Neopost Inc. unexpectedly stopped working with the company, according to Handtech's claims filed in court The two companies had an agreement for Handtech to sell its Simply Postage software kit when Neopost sent a letter dated March 17 asking that Handtech "cease all sales of our 'Simply Postage' product through the handtech.com field rep network," the claim says.
