Dry Coolers
Designed for use in the refrigeration, gas compression, petrochemical, power generation and HVAC markets, dry coolers provide cooling of water, ethylene glycol/water, and propylene glycol/water mixtures in a variety of closed-loop applications. Closed-loop cooling eliminates the cost of makeup water and water treatment associated with the use of cooling towers. They are offered with ASME Sec. VIII, CE (PED), CRN and UL508 safety and performance certifications.

Plate Heat Exchangers
Designed to provide air-to-air energy recovery, Z-Duct provides complete separation between airstreams. The plate heat exchangers have a counterflow, modular design with removable cleanout panels that ease access to the heat transfer medium for inspection and cleaning. Nominal airflow ratings from 10,000 to 35,000 cfm are available.

Corrosion-Resistant Heat Exchangers
Corrosion-resistant shell-and-tube heat exchangers and TEMA designs for the chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries include fixed tubesheet, U-bundle, packed head, floating tubesheet, kettle reboiler, falling-film evaporators, falling-film absorbers, bayonet, helical coil, immersion coil and double pipe. Units are designed to handle materials such as acetic acid, agricultural chemicals, ammonium nitrate, bromine, chlorine, formic acid, hydrochloric acid and multi-purpose pharmaceutical plants.

Stainless Steel Heat Exchangers
Welded end and primary seals on these stainless steel heat exchangers eliminate contamination. Removable access panels ease inspection and cleaning. High heat transfer effectiveness is produced by corrugating the heat transfer plates to achieve a sinusoidal wave pattern. The corrugated surface creates airflow turbulence as the air passes through the unit. Heat transfer is further enhanced by using a counterflow design. Plate sizes range from 12, 36, 42 and 48'', with unit lengths of 50, 74 and 98''. The design of the Series SP spaces the heat transfer plates 0.5'' apart; the Series HP spaces the heat transfer plates 0.375''. Maximum operating temperature is 1,200°F (649°C).
