Two builders have purchased the remaining lots at Long Cove in Deerfield Township, site of 2005's Homearama home show.

In what will become a $50 million deal over the next five years, home builders Tim Hensley and Bernie Kurlemann, owners of Hensley Homes and Kurlemann Homes, respectively, teamed up and closed on the first 35-lot phase Dec. 20. This first phase is valued at approximately $8 million.
