Olshan Properties reopened Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort & Spa in Florida just in time for the Thanksgiving holiday following a $60-million interior and exterior renovation.
The 310-room resort has an “island style re-defined” design aesthetic with color schemes that marry the soft tones of Marco Island’s beach with accents inspired by the blues of the Gulf of Mexico. The marble lobby, updated with new reception, concierge and bell desks bring the outdoors inside with floor-to-ceiling picture windows overlooking the resort’s renovated pool area.
