A NEW AD CAMPAIGN for IBM Corp., to be rolled out next month, will put the computer giant's business partners in front of the whole world in a push to sell into the small and midsize marketplace.
IBM executives said the Armonk, N.Y.based company will spend about $35 million on the print and television ad campaign, which will pick up on the "Solutions for a small planet" message the company already has developed.
"We feel this is a campaign that will have a lot of legs," said Robbie Henrickson, director of global channels communication for IBM.
"Small and medium businesses are important to us," Henrickson said.
IBM's business partners will receive the leads generated from the advertising campaign, executives said.
