IBM Global Services to sell Lakeview's Mimix

Lakeview Technology, Oak Brook, II., has signed a worldwide remarketing agreement calling for IBM's Global Services to sell Lakeview's Mimix suite of availability management products for the AS/400. Under the agreement, IBM will include Mimix software in its new Rapid Recovery/400 offering and remarket it through its Business Recovery Services (BRS) program. The Rapid Recovery/400 offering provides tools and services to ensure system backup and rapid recovery in the event of a disaster or system outage. Rapid Recovery/400 can be customized to meet both recovery time and point objectives.
