Las Vegas, May 3-7
Despite being new to the scene, just over 5,000 IT professionals from around the world descended on Las Vegas for IBM's third annual Impact conference. The SOA-themed event was headlined by actor/comedian Billy Crystal, who hosted the opening general session.
