The Price Was Right is a weekly feature that compares homes sold during the previous month within a particular price range.
We'll look at Ada County homes that sold at the median price during the past month, homes that sold on the low end of the price range, homes that sold at the high end of the price range, and a new home and an existing home that sold for close to the new-home median price during the past month.
For each of these sets of homes, we'll talk with real estate agents about what sold the home, such as price, location, amenities or a combination of factors.These were two of Ada County's higher-priced homes sold in June - the median price was $212,000.638 E. Observation Drive, Meridian

This five-bedroom, 51/2-bathroom home in Meridian's Observation Point subdivision sold to a family looking for a contemporary-style home large enough to accommodate their teenager and two younger children.
