Implementing Captura Expense: Ins and outs at labor ready

Labor Ready is managing its roll-out of Captura Expense in stages: a test stage with 50 users; an intermediate stage that will reach an additional 200 executives; and a final roll-out that will make this online expense reporting system available to approximately 1,800 branch managers. Currently, these submit out-of-pocket expenses and mileage reports manually to accounting. When the implementation is complete, Labor Ready expects to reduce its accounting staff by three people, who will receive new assignments elsewhere in the company. Says accounts payable director Campagna, "The new system will save us a lot of labor."
