CA Technologies has filed another patent infringement lawsuit regarding Application Performance Management software it obtained in a 2006 takeover.
When Islandia-based CA acquired San Francisco-based Wily Technology for $375 million, it took ownership of certain patents for APM products - software designed to monitor the performance of other software applications and translate IT metrics into real-world value.
