Israel's Elbit Systems [ESLT] Dec. 13 said it signed a contract with the Israel Defense Ministry worth about $200 million for the Digital Army Program (DAP) over the next 10 years.
"We are proud that the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) has chosen Elbit Systems as prime contractor to lead this very significant and prestigious program, which highlights our innovativeness, technological leadership, integration expertise and performance capabilities," Joseph Ackerman, the company's president and CEO, said in a statement.
