Abstract

(CCNMatthews - Dec. 1, 2005) - International Technologies Corporation ("ITC" or "the Company") (TSX VENTURE:ITI) announced its MPIO MP3 player, the FY700 has been honored with the "Best of Innovation" Award in the portable digital audio category by the 2006 International CES, the world's largest annual consumer technology tradeshow taking place January 5-8, in Las Vegas, Nevada. This is MPIO's second award received by CES since 2003.

The FY700 MP3 player comes in various colors, has a multi-level cell (MLC) flash memory offering double the storage capacity of standard flash devices, plays multi codec formats such as MP3, WMA - Janus DRM, ASF, has an OLED display for easy scrolling and long energy life, and includes a removable, rubber strap that can be twisted to hook onto a belt loop or worn as a wrist band. The strap can also be removed and replaced with a key chain clip or necklace attachment. Janus compatible MP3 players support Microsoft encrypted content for licensing features. The MPIO FY700 will be launched in the United States market in early 2006.
