Itiliti acquired by staffing-software company in N.C.

Itiliti Inc., which sells staffingmanagement software, has been acquired by North Carolina-based Peopleclick Inc., another staffingsoftware provider.

Terms of the deal, which closed Aug. 9, were not disclosed. Itiliti, which is based in Edina, will continue to operate in the Twin Cities as an office of Peopleclick. Most of the employees will remain, though Itiliti CEO Wayne Bock is leaving.

Officials at Peopleclick, Raleigh, N.C., said the acquisition will broaden the reach of its own staffing product, which targets a different market segment than Itiliti's. The combined company would have revenue of about $40 million, officials said.
