Itronix Corp., has launched the GoBook Tablet PC, a uniquely designed, truly portable, wireless, rugged slate Tablet PC. Designed to support mobile professionals in industries such as telecommunications, utilities, government, and insurance, the mid- sized GoBook Tablet PC weighs only 3.7 pounds, making it the most compact and lightest Tablet PC in the rugged category. The GoBook Tablet PC can support up to three wireless networks concurrently, operates on the Microsoft Windows XP Tablet PC Edition operating system, and is powered by an Intel ultra-low voltage 866-MHz mobile Pentium III processor. The GoBook Tablet PC will be available for delivery in September 2003.
