Abstract

Mr. [J. Allan McNutt] has extensive operating experience in Saskatchewan's Athabasca Basin as well as in base metal and gold exploration projects throughout Canada and the USA, and will manage the company's uranium mineral interests' exploration program. The Company holds 100% interest in 50 claims and 4 permits comprising 818,395 acres (331,200 hectares) all of which currently are located in the Basin.
