J.G. Wentworth Co. is filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy to restructure its debt and will reappoint its entire board, the company said.
The company entered into a restructuring support agreement with certain lenders holding over 87% of the aggregate principal amounts outstanding under the company's $449.5 million senior secured credit facility.
