Lynch, chairman, CEO and a director of SITEL Corporation, to the Telemarketing Hall Of Fame. Mr. Lynch is the third inductee to the Telemarketing Hall Of Fame (Mr. Jonah Gitlitz, former president and CEO of Direct Marketing Association, Inc. and Mr. Ted Schwartz, chairman, president and CEO of APAC TeleServices, Inc., being the first two inductees). The Hall Of Fame was created as an institution of high honor and recognition by the industry's leading publication.
As chairman and CEO of SITEL, the world's leading international outsourcing company, Mr. Lynch's expertise, knowhow and global achievements are now legendary in the industry, particularly his phenomenal success in bringing his fine company to public offering.
Mr. Lynch founded SITEL in 1985 and has served as chairman, CEO and a director since its inception. Prior to founding STEL, he served as president of HQ800, Inc., a subsidiary of United Technologies that provided telemarketing services to third parties. SITEL was formed when Mr. Lynch negotiated the purchase of the assets of HQ800 from United Technologies.
Mr. Lynch has overseen the growth of SITEL from a 12-phone answering service to a major contender in the direct sales and customer service industry, serving many Fortune 100 clients. It was Mr. Lynch's vision to revamp SITEL's operating structure into industry-specific divisions to develop expertise in select industries and to more effectively serve the company's clients.
