Sometimes the right tool for the job is the one whose grasp doesn't exceed its reach. Kai's Power Show, a new software title from MetaCreations, is just that type of tool. Show is designed to produce
photo-based muLtimedia presentations or enhance existing presentations quickly and easily. The software accomplishes this - and a bit more - with exceLLent resuLts.
Kai's Power Show features the slightly quirky but distinctive Look of Kai's Power GOO and Kai's Photo Soap. The interface is organized on a work-flow modeL, with four separate "rooms" In, Sort, Edit and Out - through which you move your presentation project to perform various tasks. This organization makes it a breeze to bring in sLides, arrange them in the order you want, apply transitions and sound effects, save them for Later playback from within Show, and even export them into Internet or videotape formats.
