KEYFILE'S Keyflow 3.0, Beta 2, looks like a good bet for Exchange sites that need workflows to improve data flow between functional business groups. In this Beta 2 version that I tested, I found some solid enhancements to the Authoring/API module. Also, this version supports access to the Web via Microsoft Active Server Pages (ASP) using Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer 4.0 or later. I tested this software using Microsoft Outlook '97, but any version of Microsoft Exchange 4.0 or later can be used.
Workflow templates are created by selecting a new form in Exchange or Outlook. Most workflow steps are pretty self-explanatory, and in each of these steps -- which include the FYI, Response, Loop, Split Path, Milestone, Launch, and Done workflow steps -- there are several parameters that can be set.
