Wis. lumberyard to keep name, employees
REDMOND WASH.- Lanoga, the 193-unit pro dealer based here, has acquired nearly all the assets of Hoida Lumber and Components, which operates a 200,000-- square-foot lumber and component plant on 34 acres in Green Bay, Wis. Financial terms were not disclosed. Hoida, which posted $36 million in sales for 2001, serves markets throughout Wisconsin and northern Illinois.
