A top executive of Forest City Enterprises Inc. said the company feels it has had a good return on its $300 million investment in Las Vegas.
"It's been wonderful. Our developments have had a great reception," said James Ratner, Forest City's executive vice president. Ratner was in Las Vegas to participate in the International Council of Shopping Centers' spring convention. He is also president of the Forest City Commercial Group division.
Forest City's $300 million Las Vegas investment is distributed among two retail projects, a master-planned community and a multi-family residential community.
They are:
